About different types of people that we surround ourselves with and a clear understanding that only ourselves can bring out that unconditional joy to our hearts. Responding to everything with kind and loving intention is key and meditation helps you understand that, or even better - feel it!
So if you ever find yourself in a tough situation where you feel your body tensing up, heart beat starting to race take a second to slow down, inhale deeply and let go. Hate and anger is always an easier way but lets shift our focus to better things, the world needs it. We all need it.
